Regards to Payment
If the date is available, it can be provisionally booked until deposit is paid. Deposit is due within 3 days of provisional booking unless discussed otherwise. Deposit is a R3000 nonrefundable deposit. It will be deducted from your total. Full payment, décor, menu and amount of guest needs to be finalized 10 days before your function.
Regards to Children
• 5 kids under the age of 10 years old is free, the rest under 10 pay half price. Older than 10 years old pays full price.
No Communication
If no communication is given within the 7 days after a provisional booking is made. The provisional booking will automatically be of no account and therefore deleted.
